REFLECT 2 PERFECT® OPEN WORKSHOPS & QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS

REGISTRATION
You can register via email to contact@reflect2perfect.de.
You will receive a written confirmation within 24 hours.
Registrations are considered in the order in which REFLECT 2 PERFECT® received them.
If events are fully booked and if this was not yet visible on the homepage at the time of your booking, you will receive a notification within 24 hours.

INVOICE AMOUNT
Unless otherwise specified, the invoice amount is given in Euro incl. VAT and is to be transferred to the account specified in the invoice at least 1 week before the event.

GENEAL CONDITIONS
Event are generally held inside the REFLECT 2 PERFECT® facilities in Bad Oeynhausen, which can be reached within 5 minutes from the train station or the central underground parking.
For the start and end dates of events, please refer to the corresponding product description as these dates may vary according to the contents.
At the end of the event, each participant will receive a certificate listing the topics that were conveyed during the event.

AMOUNT OF PARTICIPANTS
The amount of participants is limited in order to enable an effective supervision of reflection units. The maximum amount of participants is specified in the corresponding product descriptions.

EVENT FEES
Event fees are calculated using the following parameters and may vary accordingly:
 Compensation for trainers
 Fixed amount charged for using the facilities incl. event media
 Fixed amount charged for working materials, reflection book / documents
 Fixed amount charged for catering during the workshop
 For certain workshops / qualification programs, an additional fee is charged for using the Insights MDI® Talent Insights Analysis
The prices listed in the product descriptions are subject to VAT.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
The product descriptions provide you with information about arrival, accommodation and parking alternatives as well as directions to the venue.
Events are held either at the facilities in Bad Oeynhausen or in business hotels within Germany.
A contractual relationship will exclusively exist between the participants at the hotels.

CANCELLING BOOKED EVENTS
If any of the REFLECT 2 PERFECT® trainers are unable to perform the agreed service at the appointed time due to force majeure, illness, accident or any other circumstances that are beyond the control of REFLECT 2 PERFECT®, then REFLECT 2 PERFECT® reserves the right to set an alternate date for performing the service.
REFLECT 2 PERFECT® also reserves the right to terminate the contract if the minimum amount of participants is not reached.
In this case, participants will receive notice of the cancellation via phone, email or standard mail at least a week before the event.
In this case, all participation fees will of course be refunded.
For all of the instances described above, REFLECT 2 PERFECT® does not assume liability for the compensation of travel and accommodations expenses as well as costs of non-productive time.
Please be aware that REFLECT 2 PERFECT® does not hold any further liability for compensation to the extent that damage was not caused deliberately or negligently when booking your train tickets, plane tickets or hotel rooms.

TERMINATING OR REBOOKING EVENTS
Should you be unable to participate in the workshop, you will not be charged if the cancellation is handed in at least 28 calendar days before the event (not including the 1st day of the event).
After that, if participation is cancelled up until 14 days before the event (not including the 1st day of the event), 50% of the workshop fee will be charged.
If participation is cancelled within the last two weeks before the event, the entire workshop fee will be charged.
Should you send a substitute applicant to the event, you will not be charged.                                   Rebooking the event is free of charge up until 28 days before the event (not including the 1st day of the event). After that, a fee calculating 20% the corresponding event fee is charged.

DATA PRIVACY
For reasons of processing and billing, client data is saved in the form of first/last names, the name of your company, your and/or your company’s address, your phone number as well as your email address. For further information on data privacy, please refer to the section “contact / data privacy regulations”.

GENERAL TERMS
Unless otherwise specified, the place of performance and jurisdiction is Bad Oeynhausen.

OTHER
If one or several of the terms and conditions contained herein are invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. Any deviating terms and conditions must be agreed upon in written form.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – REFLECT 2 PERFECT® INHOUSE SERVICES

GENERAL TERMS – REFLECT 2 PERFECT®
All assignments and agreements must be recorded in writing, including email correspondence. Verbal agreements are valid only if REFLECT 2 PERFECT® provides written consent within three business days. This also applies to any changes made to the contract after concluding the contract.

SERVICES – REFLECT 2 PERFECT®

REFLECT 2 PERFECT® provides its services with freelance collaborators.
The scope, format, theme and goal of workshops / qualification programs and services are based on the offer made by REFLECT 2 PERFECT® in the corresponding contracts.
Remunerations and costs for REFLECT 2 PERFECT® services are listed in the offer and come into effect once the assignment has been confirmed.
Travel and accommodation expenses are calculated separately.
All prices are subject to VAT.
All off-set rights and rights of retention against payments due are excluded unless the counter claim is undisputed or deemed lawful.

CANCELLATIONS
If any of the REFLECT 2 PERFECT® trainers are unable to perform the agreed service at the appointed time due to force majeure, illness, accident or any other circumstances that are beyond the control of REFLECT 2 PERFECT®, then REFLECT 2 PERFECT® reserves the right to set an alternate date for performing the service.
If the parties involved cannot agree on a new date within a reasonable timeframe, the client shall have the right to terminate the contract without any obligation to pay compensation for damages.
If the client cancels the date, then REFLECT 2 PERFECT® must receive a written notice. If the cancellation is handed in at least 28 calendar days before the date, the client will not be charged.
If the date is cancelled between the 28th and 15th calendar day before the date, we will charge a fixed amount of 50% the compensation agreed upon without providing the scheduled service.
If the date is cancelled between the 14th and 7th calendar day before the date, we will charge a fixed amount of 75% the compensation agreed upon without providing the scheduled service.
If the date is cancelled later than that, we will charge the entire amount without providing the scheduled service.
In every case regarding cancellation with costs, we will only charge a handling fee of 10% the compensation (services notwithstanding) if we can otherwise fill the date.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS – REFLECT 2 PERFECT®
We charge 0.50 Euro per each kilometer driven via car. Costs for flights, trains, rental cars and taxis are deducted according to the receipt. For flight times from 5 hours upward, the seats will be booked as business class tickets.

RIGHTS
The client recognizes the intellectual property rights of the documents created by REFLECT 2 PERFECT®. Duplicates or third-party transfers require the written permission of REFLECT 2 PERFECT®.
The customer provides assurance that any works provided by him for the completion of the order are not subject to copyrights or any other laws.
Each party shall maintain strict confidentiality over all business-relevant processes which are made known to them during or as a result of the cooperation.
REFLECT 2 PERFECT® reserves the right to make its services available to competitors of the client unless specified otherwise in written form.

LIABILITY
Our liability to keep to contractual obligations is limited to the remuneration agreed upon for the provided service.
REFLECT 2 PERFECT® shall not be liable for direct damages, loss of income or other damages of property.
Additionally, REFLECT 2 PERFECT® does not hold any further liability for compensation to the extent that damage was not caused deliberately or negligently, or if liability is a legal imperative.
As such, liability is provided for claims in accordance with the product liability law, in the case of initial inability or justifiable impossibility.
This liability notice and limitations apply to all REFLECT 2 PERFECT® employees.
